For a single, one-off fee we do ALL the following:
Take a brief on the role, and advise on its suitability for Switched Online (tricky, hard-to-fill roles are not suitable!).
Create compelling, professionally written ad copy.
Recommend appropriate websites for advertising.
List job on all selected sites, using your branding (or ours, if you wish).
Collate and acknowledge all responses.
All applications evaluated by our experienced Recruitment Administrators.
Prepare a short-list of up to 10 applicants who best-match the requirements of the role.
Call all shortlisted candidates to ensure they are genuinely interested, live within viable commuting distance, have appropriate salary expectations, and can provide proof of eligibility to work in the EU.
Submit shortlisted candidates to you, adding them to your online recruitment system, if applicable.
Deal with all applicant enquiries throughout the process (but not with candidates you invite to interview).
Reject non-selected applicants at each stage.

If you hire a candidate we find, there is NOTHING FURTHER TO PAY.
